Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds or replacements may be offered for faulty or incorrect orders.

What cant i refund?

• Bagels past thier bestbefore date.
• missuse or intentional spoiling of product.

How do I get a refund?

you can make a refund within 10 days of purchase. Just contact us at Info@bageldistrict.co.nz providing reason for refund, photo evidence of defects you may have with the bagels, date of purchase and or order number and the location of purchase eg. (website or physical store).
